Nap Game, Pick 3 and Go the Distance — Mandatory Product Information

Strike6 Ltd is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission under account number 100125. View our current licensed status on the Gambling Commission's public register.

Nap Game, Pick 3 and Go the Distance are pool betting products under the Gambling Act 2005 — not a society lottery. The information below is set out in the format required by Schedule 1 of our Customer Terms and Conditions and applies to every draw of each format, unless the specific entry screen states otherwise for that draw.

Event / virtual event

Each draw is based on real, official horse races taking place in Great Britain and Ireland on the date shown on the entry screen. No virtual or simulated events are used. See "Result source" below for how the outcome is decided.

Selections

Nap Game: pick one horse to finish in the top 6 in each of 6 races, with one of your picks nominated as your "Nap" for double points in that race.

Pick 3: pick 3 horses to finish in the top 6 in each of 6 races.

Go the Distance: pick one horse to win each race in sequence, starting with 6 races remaining; you are eliminated as soon as a pick fails to win, and you survive to the next race otherwise.

Stake range

Each draw has a single, fixed entry fee shown on its entry screen before you confirm your entry — there is no variable-stake option. Some draws are free to enter (entry fee £0.00).

Pool close

Entries close at the scheduled off-time of the first race in that draw. No entries, and no changes to an accepted entry, are taken once the first race has started.

Deductions

Where a draw is funded from entry fees, a commission percentage (shown on the draw's entry screen where one applies) is deducted from the gross pool before the prize pool is calculated. Free-to-play draws and draws with a fixed bonus prize take no commission.

Net pool calculation

The gross pool is the total of all entry fees collected for the draw, or the guaranteed prize amount published for that draw, whichever is higher. The net prize pool is the gross pool less any deduction described above.

Dividend / prize allocation

Nap Game and Pick 3: the net prize pool is split between the highest-scoring entries (1st, 2nd and 3rd place by points, using 100/50/30/20/10/5 points per race for a 1st\u{2013}6th-placed selection, doubled on your Nap selection in Nap Game) according to the prize split percentages published for that draw.

Go the Distance: the net prize pool is split equally between every entry that survives every race in the draw. If no entry survives, no prize is paid out for that draw.

Dead heats / ties

Where two or more entries finish with equal points in a prize-paying position, the combined prize for the position(s) they occupy is split equally between the tied entries.

Voids

If a horse you selected does not run, your selection is automatically replaced with that race's official favourite (or, where there is a joint favourite, the best-placed joint favourite), so your entry is not voided solely because of a non-runner. Individual entries may otherwise be voided by Strike6 only in the limited circumstances set out in our Customer Terms and Conditions (for example, a proven entry error), in which case the entry fee paid is refunded in full to your account balance.

Cancellations

If a draw is cancelled before it is settled, every entry fee paid for that draw is refunded in full to your account balance.

Resettlement

If an official race result used to settle a draw is later corrected, affected entries are recalculated and any resulting balance adjustment is paid or reversed as a ledger correction.

Maximum return

There is no fixed maximum return. Your potential return depends on the final size of the prize pool for that draw and the number of winning or surviving entries it is shared between.

Result source

Race results are obtained from The Racing API, an independent supplier of official UK and Irish horse racing data, and are the results used to settle every entry.
